Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of Administrative staff.
Carrying out all typing for the Managing Director.
Booking appointments and maintaining Managing Directors’ diary, taking minutes of meetings, organizing departmental meetings, distribution of mails and controlling incoming and outgoing emails.
Traveling hotel and seminar bookings for the Managing Director and Directors, Managers and Supervisors.
