As a Quality Assurance Personnel, I need to make sure that the overall products and services align and meet the company's standards. We are expected to have an in-depth knowledge of products and services and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our daily tasks are to find and offer resolution for the production issue, to conduct inspections and quality tests to make sure that everyone adheres to the rules and regulation and to document and collate audit reports. Prior to this, I have also held a position as an Appeals & Grievances and Billing Disputes specialist in my previous employers. As an Appeals & Grievances specialist, I made sure that all calls that customers have complaints are invalid. I need to make sure that the agents did not violate the company's rules and policies. And as a Billing Disputes, I am responsible to help customers with their credit card fraud transactions and disputes. We have to identify the transaction is fraudulent and help them to file an investigation.
Working in Strasser Industries has molded my sales skills, with all of the accounts that I handled which mostly are outbound sales. I’ve handled recruitment, offered Medicare plans and offered advertisements with local businesses in Canada. With a daily quota of 200 calls and 4 quality bookings a day, I made sure I exceeded all my targets. Every call, I always show that I am persuasive, I ask the right questions, confident and knowledgeable with the product, build a good relationship with clients and communicate very well to realize my everyday goals. Having faced different people, different scenarios and difficult questions helped me to think outside of the box quickly, to work under pressure, and to analyze every situation. And because of my dedication and skills, I was promoted as a Team Leader to oversee my team’s performance. My daily tasks are to communicate with our clients, send daily reports, listen to their calls, train the team and think of ways to improve our everyday performance. And even if I was promoted as a Team Leader, I make sure to still take in calls to help the team reach the overall goal and to be able to answer their questions.
In all the positions I held, I have fostered strong relationships with Customers. Providing excellent customer service, performing above expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and it has helped me to become a success in my career. Addressing customer’s concerns on a daily basis has definitely developed my communication skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to think quickly and effectively.
