Hi, my name is Sophia Marie Sevilla I just graduated from De La Salle University Dasmariñas with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and recently I just finished my three internships. The first one is at Sofitel Plaza Manila where I was assigned in two departments which was culinary and food and beverage service both at spiral buffet. My second internship was a virtual internship, and it was headed by Hospitality Institute of America Philippines Inc. (HIAP) Restaurant phase 500 hours (about 3 weeks). The third and last one was at Okada Manila where I was assigned in one department (food and beverage service) but with three different rotations. The first one was at Medley buffet, the second one was restaurant reservation (call center; which I use excel all the time) and the last one was food and beverage admin. I also do photoshop, lightroom in my spare time. I do events with my street teams (Shawn Mendes Philippines, Austin Mahone Philippines, and SHINee World Academy Ph) for fan meets (virtual or onsite). We do edit for banners and freebies like cup sleeves. We plan what will be the program flow of the event and how we are going to execute it. We use word, PowerPoint and even excel video editing for advertising the event. I am a cosplayer on the side, and I edit my own photos and create a coscards and hand them in to some people who ask for my social media accounts, and I also run my cosplay page. I attend cosplay conventions whenever I have free time. It is also a self-advertise for people like me who just started cosplay. I monitor my engagement progress on my page. I am still learning how to communicate with people and make friends since I still don’t know a lot of people in the community.  I am also an usherette at concerts in SM Mall of Asia (on call). I study how the events work and how they planned and execute them on the actual event date. I used Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel, teams, and outlook because of my school works I became literate with these kinds of applications, so I don’t have any problems with it whenever I use them. If there are few changes with whatever application I’m using it will not be a hindrance to the task that will be assigned to me, and I can cope with the changes and trends.
