I am a very determine and dedicated individual who will work assiduously at any given task. I have performed at many levels within the customer contact field. I have gained years of experience, which I use to provide empathy and understanding; not only to my customers but to also my fellow employees. I am always finding ways of being more efficient which allows me to achieve targets easily and surpass required KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). I am always motivating myself with a “ I can do it attitude” whilst providing that same energy to my team.

Having a clear understanding of my role is always important and critical to my success. With this in mind, I have been able to work smart and hard to ascertain different levels of promotions. I enjoying motivating my team, so that the agents surpass their given monthly targets. Being a leader is more than just being in authority, it’s using experience, skill and will to empower others to achieve beyond what is expected.
