Soni Torralba

I have over five years Administration and PA experience working with Diageo Plc, a leading global brands company. I had a fabulous opportunity to move within the company and work within several departments including HR, Marketing, Corporate Relations and Finance, before finally finding my feet in the Legal Department.

Working as a PA/Admin support has provided me with key skills which have become ingrained within me over the years. I am proactive and able to work independently and I am accustomed to working against tight deadlines. I administer discretion when project managing and handling contractual documents, I am a people person so I thrive when building relationships and have exemplary organisational skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office packages.

Prior to working within the administration sector, I acquired six years’ worth of exceptional customer service experience working for Virgin Atlantic and Singapore Airlines within their First Class Passenger Lounges and for several Airlines as their front of house Customer Service Agent at Heathrow Airport, London.

My time spent working at Heathrow Airport has been invaluable in helping to develop my time management skills and has given me a great understanding on how to communicate with people whilst going through challenging situations in a chaotic and busy environment.

Most recently, I had an opportunity to travel Asia for nine months which lead me to take a career break from Diageo and upon my return I became a mother, this in turn extended my break.

Currently I am based in Valencia in Spain and I am fully equipped to work remotely.
