Hello,
My name is Sonam Lodhi, and I am from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. I started my career in the BPO industry. In April 2014, I joined Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited. My role in the company was to solve customer problems and raise tickets through inbound calls and ticketing systems. I had a great experience working there, and I always completed my targets within the given time. I received two "Good Performance" employee awards during my time at the company.
In 2017, I joined the multinational company Teleperformance Indore as a Data Entry Associate. My responsibilities included reviewing documents from USA customers related to insurance, registration, driver's licenses, and business license verification. I was responsible for verifying documents from all states in the USA and also participated in meetings and team sessions with USA clients.
After that, I joined NIT during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 for an online training programmer and internship. During the internship, I worked on a warehouse project and learned technical language skills. I am constantly improving my skills in this field.
I have four years of experience in data entry, chat support/email, customer handling, teamwork, and working in rotational shifts. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual, always striving for the organization's growth. When I work for an organization, I value myself as a valuable employee and contribute with honesty and dedication. I always put great effort and enthusiasm into my work and prefer completing tasks on time. If given an opportunity, I will wholeheartedly dedicate myself to fulfilling it with the utmost diligence and passion.
