I help businesses to grow and achieve their goals with a strategic plan. Because goals without a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely plan is like driving with your eyes closed.

Business transactions can be extremely complicated and take up a lot of the people’s time.

Every department or party has its own role or expertise but somewhere along the process, risk and miscommunication arise that results in delayed deadlines and failed projects. My job is to make sure that nothing is missed. I do this by coordinating with the team/parties that we are on the same page and everyone is updated. All paper works are organized, requirements are completed, project has been executed and clients are satisfied. I act as a glue that holds project work steams together.

Right now, I focus on helping companies/business owners to scale their business by understanding the company/clients’ needs and devising a strategic plan to achieve their goals.
