I have been assisting C-level executives for many years and passed through many different industries – from advertising, consulting and lastly, start-ups. Managing and executing calendar appointments, travel booking, presentations & reports, personal demands, serving coffee, receiving guests (locally and internationally); you name it. I have done many of those tasks.

My professional background as a senior cabin attendant has taught a few teachings which I take to this day: fully committed to the projects, deep respect for the place and colleagues I work to and with, humbleness and foremost, adaptability. I lived many years abroad – in New York, Frankfurt and Tokyo – and the exposure to different cultures and people made me profoundly interested on how diversity is a treasure many still don’t realize. Besides serving coffee and meals and being devoted to our clients, I pursued the role as an instructor for junior cabin attendants within Japan Airlines teaching First Aid and Onboard Service. Back then, I became aware of how major the first impressions of a company’s culture is game changer for the newcomers. To impress and deeply influence with a well-rooted corporate culture is more than a welcoming outlook. It is a mind-effect strategy.

Forwarding to recent years, I have learnt much from fast-paced work environments such as advertising and consulting. Being exposed to worldwide branches such as the French Publicis, the British Young&Rubicam and the Americans CP+B and McKinsey&Company have improved my skills on delivering projects in short deadlines, productivity, team building, task focusing and management. So many good practices were learned and having the right tools and people, as mentors and coaches, around made all the difference.
