stages of a product, focusing on aligning stakeholder goals with clear, actionable requirements. These

Key Achievements:
Product Discovery & Shaping for Blockchain Data Platform POC: Engaged directly by this HealthTech
startup to fill the BA/PO resource gap and provide essential requirements engineering expertise and
backlog creation services, to ensure market alignment in the development of the POC. This laid the
foundation for a smooth handover to the company’s first product hire.
MVP Delivery of Mobile Contact App: Partnered through a network to define actionable requirements for
MVP launch. Working closely with interim experts, we adopted a lean, agile, fail-fast approach, delivering
the MVP swiftly while ensuring flexibility for testing and learning. Our backlog creation and roadmap
development helped the client achieve their digital goals and launch successfully.
MVP Delivery of Mobile Banking App: Engaged via a boutique technology consultancy, to work with the
end client in Jersey to define customer journeys, and translate them into user stories for the development
team in Brazil, ensuring the successful MVP launch.
New Digital Membership Launch: Led the discovery and shaping of The Sun's Members Enclosure MVP
Membership. By aligning senior stakeholder goals with clear requirements, a new customer revenue
stream was opened. Initial metrics indicate strong potential for future growth, validating the product's
strategic success.
Loyalty App Improvement Programme: Directed a UX/UI team to redesign the app experience based on a
focused 10-week customer research initiative. Implemented a customer-led discovery process with a
‘Listening Strategy’ to build a long-term idea funnel aimed at increasing app awareness, engagement,
usage, and loyalty. Oversaw the App launch across five EMEA countries, including the UAE. The launch
resulted in 100,000 new UK members in the first month, a 25% increase in daily transactions, and a 2%
growth in reward-related sales.
Launch of an online Finance Calculator: Led requirements engineering for the global MVP launch of
Automotive Online Financing Journey. The successful initial launch in Australia contributed to a 40% yearon-year increase in presales traffic, the most engaged website feature of 2020, and significant
contributions to the Clients KPIs.
Aggressive POC to MVP Mobile App Launch: Provided requirements engineering expertise to transition a
proof-of-concept into an MVP launch within three months. Strategic backlog creation and planning
overcame complex technical challenges, enabling the client to expand into the global property claims
market, now supporting 140 clients, 14,000 users, and 380,000 cases annually.
Product Agile Maturity Improvement: A client struggled to align their onshore agile product and UX
teams with their offshore waterfall development team. Product 101 was engaged to analyze and optimize
their product process. By introducing agile principles, improving documentation, and streamlining
collaboration, we enabled the client to create a more aligned, agile product delivery process that
accelerated feedback loops and efficient product delivery.
