My name is Simon and I have been recently working for a family law firm in Florida for more than 2 years handing intake calls as well as time entries and calendar scheduling using My Case. I have also been in the call center industry for almost 5 years, wherein I took calls as an agent for the 1st half and gradually become a support coach and subject matter expert then handling my own team.
