Simileoluwa Afolabi Jombo

I started my career in the banking industry as an IT Business Analyst. I developed expertise in creating relevant solutions for business problems with the help of data and systems analysis. I learned how to use SQL for getting data, Proto.i.o and Balsamiq for designing prototypes. During the course of the role, I wrote a lot of business requirement documents and thereby attained significant writing experience.

I joined the Paystack team as a Customer Success Expert and my job was to help customers solve any problems they had with the product with patience and compassion.

I now primarily serve as a Product Specialist/Key Account Manager where I help some of Paystack's biggest customers grow their companies through the use of our expanding product suite. I use SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to analyze their data and formulate relevant business strategies to solve some of their biggest problems

I also serve as a Content Writer/Editor on the Decode Fintech newsletter where we collate and summarize the biggest African fintech news every week.

I am passionate about data analysis, business growth and strategy, and writing. I am open to collaborating with individuals who are interested in helping businesses grow with the help of data.
