For more then 5 years i have worked as backoffice specialist for Vodafone Italy. Mostly my assignments were dealing with difficult tasks ,such as technical problems,billing issues and responding to complain letters that clients sent to Vodafone.

During this period of time ,i also did part time accounting in a local company,that does elektromotor pergolas for bars and restaurants.

Now ,for more then 3 months i work as payroll specialist in a scaffold company. My tasks are doing the weekly payroll of the employees and the time menagement of them.
