Motivated and determined person eager to come across with new opportunities in order to allow my professional and personal development. I had the opportunity to build a solid and varied background throughout the past 10+ years.

At the time of high school with no experience at all but a huge desire of learning and exploring the world, I made my first steps into the Event and Entertainment world. This was a very challenging and dynamic experience through which I had the chance of working on my own personality, self-confidence and organizational skills.

Afterwards, I started working as Shop Assistant in a bookstore, I have learned to understand the needs of customers and not just meet but exceed their expectations with positive and timely actions.

During my last year of university, I won a scholarship that brought me to The Netherlands, here the Tourism industry is continuously growing therefore I decide to combine my knowledge of communication between different cultures and languages with my passion for cooking into my next role. First as Restaurant Supervisor and then as Restaurant Assistant Manager I became proficient in managing and especially working within an international Team.

Following my urge of continually acquiring and improving my knowledge I started working as a Front Office Hotel Receptionist. Here I have enriched my computer skills using Office Suite, Outlook, Hotel Management systems, Travel Booking systems and I became more comfortable with administration tasks and invoices processing.

Last but not least, I have joined Informa Market as a Team Personal Assistant, unfortunately my job role has been highly impacted by the pandemic Covid-19. As a consequence of this I took the challenge of going beyond my role, supporting many teams across the business such as Sales Operations, Customer Service and IT.

Each and every experience has contributed to enhance my knowledge and my personality. By default, I am a people’s person, I enjoy listening to others, empathize their needs and helping them make their life easier.

And now, I am open to embrace a new career opportunity.
