Born and raised in multiracial country, I can read, speak and write Chinese, English and Malay well. Recently I am working as a remote customer service agent. I can do translation from English to Chinese (both Simplified and traditional) for articles, books and documents. My previous job as an admin and secretary involved task like data entry, email communication to client, so I am good at basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. My recent job as customer service agent strengthened my email handling skills, I can email to the client in professional and polite ways. As the position is in Airbnb, i help my employer to manage 9 properties and I handled it well. Through this job, I learn to use the Google drive and google sheets to manage billing.
