My previous work experience has supplied me the knowledge that can be easily applied to this sector. I am a Sales Associate from April 2015 to November 2016, I am also a Live Chat support and Email Support from December 2017 to may 2019, and a Customer Service Support as Team Leader from March 2019-May 2019. I have been put in high stress, fast-paced, and dynamic situations and I work very well under pressure. As an employee I have learned the value of providing excellent communication and customer service which are skills that directly correlate to the Call center Industry.
