I've worked as a Customerand Technical Support Representative and became Sr. Consultant after a year, right now I'm a Coach/Team Lead on a BPO Company. I have 10 years experienced in this kind of Industry and done most of the task somewhat similar as Virtual Assistance as part of my daily task, that include Data Intry, Web research, Chat/ Email Support, Customer Care.I usually listen to the call to ensure they are following the standard and provide excellence service or what we call Quality call. I coach the agent of the things we can work on. I delegate and manage staff if necessary and focus on our Action Plan to be able to improve their key Performance Indicator or meet or exceed their Goal. I am also a profiler and researcher so I am detail-oriented. Learning and exploring new things to expand my knowledge and to learn more excite me.
