I see myself building a successful career in HR. The kind of personality I have I feel I can achieve what I wish for. I see myself having a good work life balance while putting proper amount of efforts for the desired role I am into while keeping my family satisfied and happy as well. I have good 1 year and 5 months of experience into employee engagement, employee relations, payroll processing and leave management and talent acquisition. I also have experience working at a start-up which gave me a chance to wear multiple hats and learn a lot of things.
