● Ran the marketing and sales department (increasing the headcount from 2 to 7 in one year), leading the team to exceed
quota by 54%.
● Managed a €600,000 annual budget, distributing it in various growth sections focusing on sales, marketing (brand, media
buying, digital channels), human resource, CSR, and CRM.
● Identified new markets, leading to Burger King master franchise opening 8 new restaurants in Kosovo, Albania and
Montenegro. Oversaw the process from planning to launch for every restaurant.
● Managed digital marketing campaigns focusing on SEO, email marketing, social media and display advertising. These actions
contributed directly to 22% of total sales.
● Led the digital transformation process that included creating a new website and APP, becoming one of the most
downloaded apps in Kosovo with 84,000 in three months.
● Drafted product pricing considering- COGS, competitor pricing, market demand, and target customer purchasing power
together with finance and the supply chain team.

● Started as a Sales Development Representative. After exceeding my sales quota every quarter by an average of 185%, got
promoted to an Account Executive within a year of working as SDR.
● Generated Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through outbound/inbound emails, PPC campaigns, and funneling, resulting in an
increase of 143% in pipeline generation.
● As Account Executive, increased the success of sales conversion by 50%, by developing and nurturing key relationships with
prospects through targeted messaging and effective communication.
● Designed messaging by doing research of the market and competitors, which led to my sequences having the highest open
and reply rate based on different personas and verticals.
● Utilized A/B testing to develop an effective template for both outbound emails and PPC campaigns that maximized the open
and click-through rates.

● Identified strategic priorities in international markets; created go-to-market plans leading the company to become the first
consumer-to-consumer choice in the country- with 53% market share.
● Created marketing strategies decreasing the customer acquisition cost by 30% using SEO, digital marketing, and cold calling.
● Created a flagship store strategy and reduced the agents (middleman) costs by 40%. That led to opening three flagship
stores in the main regions of the country.

● Planned and Coordinated 20 activities (cultural, economic, tech) during the month of June and July in the capital city.
● Delegated tasks to 4 teams of 40 people resulting in successful execution of the projects within the budget and on time.
● Consulted and reported to the Mayor of Pristina team to keep the projects going according to schedule.
● Assisted in creating a PR strategy for all the activities with the objective to promote the good will, which led to the most
important event in the capital city during the two-month period and gathered 90,000 visitors from Kosovo and the region.
