About

I’m Shpat Dushi, a marketing strategist and business builder with a passion for translating vision into measurable growth. With over eight years of experience across digital marketing, sales strategy, and brand leadership, I’ve had the opportunity to work in dynamic sectors—ranging from international food chains and fintech to digital agencies and public-sector campaigns. What ties it all together is a core belief: that the best strategies are both creative and data-informed, grounded in real-world impact.

Currently, I serve as Marketing and Sales Manager for Burger King Kosovo, where I’ve led the company’s digital transformation—launching a high-performing mobile app, revamping our digital presence, and driving a 54% increase in sales. With a €600,000 annual marketing budget under my direction, I’ve also overseen expansion efforts across Kosovo, Albania, and Montenegro, contributing to the successful opening of eight new franchise locations. Prior to that, I scaled campaigns and improved conversion metrics at Tactica, a performance-driven marketing agency, and played a pivotal role in increasing Moneta’s (MoneyGram) market share to 53% through targeted digital strategies.

I’m not just a marketer—I’m a builder. From designing customer journeys to leading cross-functional teams, I bring both structure and experimentation to every project. I’ve worked across all parts of the marketing funnel and pride myself on being able to translate complex ideas—whether financial services or emerging tech—into clear, actionable messaging that moves people and businesses forward.

My early experience in the Mayor’s Office in Prishtina gave me a unique understanding of public engagement and event-driven communication. I’ve also explored creative storytelling through film and television, winning awards and launching Kosovo’s first Escape Room—an entrepreneurial project that blended entertainment with customer experience design.

With a degree in Management and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a foundation in IT (Cisco Certified), I bridge the business and technical sides with ease. I’m now excited to bring this interdisciplinary experience into new spaces, especially blockchain and Web3, where strategy, trust, and storytelling are more important than ever.

At my core, I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to build things that last—and I’m always looking for the next challenge worth diving into.
