With over 5 Years of Office work experience in Customer Service, I am offering my experienced services for the roles like Customer support, Technical support, Chat/ Email Support.

I pride myself for being proficient and professional to deliver the job well before the deadline. I am extremely proud of my accuracy and communication skills which has led to achieve my goals in my 5 Years tenure with an Office job.

I have been with Teleperformance India, as a Technical Support Executive for an International client based in USA who is a global leader in Cyber-security industry for over 2 decades.

I joined them as a Chat Support Executive and with in weeks of joining, I used to be the Top scorers from the product floor. I was awarded Global English award for the third time by the Client back in November 2020.

During my 5 year Tenure, I have also handled multiple teams and trained the new joiners on the process and chat support skills. I have maintained my Customer Satisfaction score above the targets through out my tenure.

I am good at time management, handling tough customers, taking follow ups on, understanding the customer needs and helping them with a resolution higher than their expectations.

I also have sound knowledge over the Technical Issues related to the process as I used to help customers with queries like Download / Install, Refunds, Retentions, Upgrade and Downgrades of plans, managing customers accounts and some technical issues like Firewall, Browser related issues, unwanted pop ups, Unauthorized Support and many more.
