Shivam Nair

I am a PMO Head and Senior IT Project Management professional with 16+ years of hands-on experience delivering and governing web, mobile, and enterprise IT projects for global clients.

I recently served as PMO Head at Sigma Solve Ltd (March 2025 – July 2025), where I established and led the Project Management Office, defined delivery governance, implemented Agile and hybrid frameworks, introduced KPIs and dashboards, managed vendors, and mentored project managers across multiple IT and digital transformation projects.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Project Manager at Sigma Solve Ltd. (Jan 2020–June 2022) and as a Project Manager at Green Apex Technolabs LLP (June 2022–Feb 2024) and Green Apex Solutions Ltd. (Mar 2024 - Oct 2024), managing end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile applications across various sectors, including healthcare, government, and enterprise platforms. My responsibilities included project planning, budgeting, risk management, client communication, presales support, and cross-functional team leadership (design, development, QA, DevOps).

Earlier in my career, I spent 6+ years at eClinicalWorks India Pvt. Ltd. (Feb 2010–Aug 2016) managing large-scale healthcare IT implementations, including SaaS migrations, EMR-to-EMR migrations, data center moves, and multi-location deployments for US healthcare clients.

Across my career, I have successfully delivered projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, worked with international stakeholders, and helped organizations improve delivery predictability, quality, and PMO maturity.
