I have finished my Masters Degree in 2017 and thereafter i joined the Nominal Housing Company in the month of septerber 2017 and still working where i perform my different duties:

1.Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.

2.Meeting with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.

3.Communication with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

4.Real estate sales executives oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.

5.Roles also include coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

6.In charge of the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.

7.The work description also involves conducting surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market.

8.They also participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand their personal network.

9.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM along with good typing speed.
