Working as: “Monitoring, Information System (MIS)Officer”

·        Collect, compile and analyze data elements internal as well as external required to produce standardized information products

·        Assist in training staff involved in information management activities (data collection and data entry) and participatory monitoring

·        Provide technical Information and support in needs assessment processes, specifically in development of data collection tools, data processing and analysis.

·        To assist in designing and maintaining the information management system.

·        To support the data entry, generate required information / reports from the database and assist in designing, pre-testing and finalization of different data collection tools.

·        Carry out needs assessments, baselines, midterm, monitoring and evaluation exercises and generate quality reports

·        Train the new staff and arrange refresher trainings of existing Program field

·        To coordinate and assist program focal persons for preparing agreed action plans against monitoring & validation findings and regular follow up
