About
  1. Day Auditor
  • Handling two properties with 629 rooms.
  • Preparing daily revenue report for both properties.
  • Checking front office cashiers posting and correcting if there is any mistake.
  • Ensure that no open check in micros and all checks are closed.
  • Hotel guest ledger is verified and in agreement with general ledger.
  • Checking direct bills are attached with proper documents.
  • Prepare a summary of cash, checks, and credit card.
  • Summarizes results of operations for management.

2.Cost Controller (Reliever)

  • Prepare the daily and monthly flash food cost report and send to chef to control the COST percentage.
  • Prepare the micros key for the new items and change the prices if is require.
  • Prepare the quarterly menu engineering report and advice F&B for the changes in the menu accordingly.
  • Approve all the stock PO’s and REQ’s as well as inter the transfers into the systems.
  • Take part of the market survey and follow up the entitlements FOR as per the contracts.
  • Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
  • Assisting Cost Controller to prepare cost JV and month end closing.

3.Cost Clerk (Reliever)

  • Check and verify the F&B activity in micros such as void, ENT, EMP and all discounts.
  • Perform the monthly outlet beverages inventory (stock taking).
  • Perform the monthly beverage reconciliation.
  • Perform the monthly stock reconciliations and prepare the short expiry and spoiled items list.
  • Prepare and control the non-moving and slow moving items and action on it accordingly.
  • Processing all invoices (direct / non direct), in co-ordinating with AP to process payment.
  • Processing all Outlet transfer papers. 

4.General Cashier

  • Prepare daily general cashier report.
  • Handle daily cash and cheque (including foreign currency exchange).
  • Handle expense claim by processing the reimbursement voucher or IOU.
  • Prepare team member service charge.
  • Updating team member attendance on daily wise & raising vacations.
