My task is to Schedule inspections schedule repair schedule, send Rental License Applications to cities plot calendar appointment, edit Application forms to Nitro Pro, Save according to company's naming convention guidelines, attend Skype Dept. meeting regularly, Call cities to follow up pending license application.Update spreadsheet everyday, Save to Propertyware Building con-log, update owners if the property us up to date or in need of re-application and renewals, update tenants about scheduled inspection and repair.
After being an Admin assistant, I worked for Lotus Leggings as a Customer Service Email support, I used to answer inquiries via freshdesk for Refund,Tracking, Change of size and so on. Find their orders via AliExpress and Shopify.
I've been happily freelancing full-time as a Virtual Assistant since then, But if I hadn't been on job, I used to spend my time reading and honing my skills for me to be productive while im idle.
