I am a Customer Support Representative. I am used to assisting customers with their concerns since I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative. In the past two years, I have been working not just to help the customers with their concerns, but also to conduct detailed, organized, and accurate entries of the data from the customers. I have also attended 6 days of training in Virtual Bookkeeping wherein we learned and practiced everything about manual bookkeeping, and even bookkeeping with software such as Xero and QuickBooks Online. I believe that the skills, education, and experiences I have acquired make me a suitable candidate for a position in your company.

Customer Support Representative is a job wherein one should be keen on details, objective, and honest. As a Customer Support, I have mastered the skills of data entry, well-organization, and recording transactions based on evidence. My desire to provide helpful information so that the business owners have peace of mind and will be able to run their business confidently pushes me to check for mistakes before submitting reports.
