My specialization of tasks includes but not limited to email marketing, data entry, lead generation, database management, call handling, purchasing and inventory, My core skills are time management, quick learner, multi-tasking, can work with less supervision but can coordinate well also. with the groups. I am affable, resourceful to difficult situations and always looking positive in every challenges. I set goals before I work and see to it that I accomplish my goals at the end of the day at work.

As of now, I'm currently taking up paid courses in Customer Service and BPO agent training under FVA Business consultancy. I took the course because I know it will help me a lot to improve my skills and have more competence in my career path.
