I have been working as a Customer Service Associate for almost 7 years. I love talking to my clients and fixing their concerns. Assisting my client is one of my favorite jobs. I'm a fast learner person, a people person, I am optimistic and ready to work under pressure. I work very hard especially when I'm enjoying my task.

My last job was with Amazon Philippines for a year and 7 seven months. Although my experience is not with Amazon Seller Central, I have the knowledge of how to deal with customers for an FBA item or 3P items. I have also been an Associate with eBay Escalations for 5 months. We deal with sellers and customers in regards to an item not delivered or problem with an item, etc.
