and visibility - by streamlining and maintaining project management standards, methodologies and tools.
· Grown PMO team capacity in less than a year time to undertake 15 major/medium complexity projects running
simultaneously from all 3 major portfolios (eCommerce, Enterprise & Infra) while consistently improving reporting

projects collaborating with local and offshore outsourcing development teams across KL, India and Vietnam.
· Designed custom test strategy for each test project according to the project’s requirements, complexity, time frame and

· Collaborated with vendors and partners from multiple integrated systems including web solutions,
loyalty/card/helpdesk/flight redemption systems
· Liaising with all contributing business function department to ensure respective function areas are tested in the web
portal Led a team of business users to run iterations of User Acceptance Testing and Pilot Testing in production with
actual card transactions and point redemption prior to official launch of the new web portal to public.
· Daily test report presented to Chief Project Consultant and senior business stakeholders to escalate issues, manage
risks and propose mitigation plan.
· Responsible for the hiring of testers to build test team for future project pipeline.

· Managed and led an SQA team in the implementation of quality management, process documentation, ensuring
conformance to customer and quality requirements and process improvement.
· Successfully transitioned a new SQA team of 6 engineers in Kl from India by hiring SQA with proper skill set and
providing them with well-planned onsite training as well as building the test infrastructure so the team can be
productive within 3 - 6 months independently.
