Head of ICT PMO | AirAsia (2015 – 2016)

  • Managed and led overall IT program for AirAsia eCommerce, Enterprise and Infrastructure portfolios, strengthening ICT Project Management Office's function to help cross-department project teams achieve better project consistency, quality and visibility - by streamlining and maintaining project management standards, methodologies and tools.
  • Grown PMO team capacity in less than a year time to undertake 15 major/medium complexity projects running simultaneously from all 3 major portfolios (eCommerce, Enterprise & Infra) while consistently improving reporting mechanism for senior management's visibility on project status and issues escalations.

Software QA Manager | Experian Decision Analytics (2013 – 2014)

  • Managed a team of 27 testers with 4 leads heading the test operation of in-house development systems and releases mainly for Europe region.
  • Established relationships and managing expectations from internal and external key stakeholders consisted of Product, Project Management, Delivery Consultants, Architects, Software Development and Global Support teams spanning across Malaysia and European countries.

  • Test Consultant to help client manage and supervise overall front-end and back-end testing of eCommerce web portal.
  • Collaborated with vendors and partners from multiple integrated systems including web solutions, loyalty/card/helpdesk/flight redemption systems
