I am a seasoned Senior IT and Program Management professional with a passion for building secure, innovative, and people-first solutions. With deep expertise in Information System Security, Cybersecurity, Change Management, and both technical and soft skills development, I’ve led high-performing teams in complex, matrixed environments—delivering mission-critical systems on time and within budget.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to cultivating strong client and employee relationships through clear communication, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative mindset. I take pride in mentoring talent, optimizing processes, and creating a culture where individuals feel valued and empowered to perform at their best.

As an award-winning Project Manager, I’ve had the privilege of leading initiatives that have been recognized at the highest levels. Highlights include winning the GSA Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Challenge by designing a solution that automated the EULA review process, as well as receiving consecutive innovation awards while supporting DHS ICE CIO IT initiatives. I was also honored with Dev Technology’s “Manager on All Levels” award for leadership and organizational impact.

Beyond delivery excellence, I’m deeply invested in people and culture. I created and chaired internal programs such as “Cultural Champions,” founded and presided over a corporate Toastmasters chapter, hosted a tech-focused podcast, and served as a steering committee chair for the Women in Technology Development (WITD) program—all aimed at strengthening communication, inclusivity, and professional growth across the organization.
