My background includes serving as a Cashier, Bank Teller, Sales/Telemarketing and Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Representative and Collections Agent within the call-center, Freelance Virtual, Telemarketing and other service environs.

I also bring to the table strong Computer Literacy skills; MS Word, MS Excel, Data Operations and Supervisory Management skills. I possess good negotiation and decision making skills, exceptional communication skills and strong work ethics. I am able to multitask; work in a high paced environment and very successful at diffusing tense situations.
