I have been a customer service agent at a call center for 3 years and then I started working from home for a year now. I enjoy doing customer service, learned how to understand and satisfy customer needs. I have an excellent communication skill, time management skills and great problem solving skills. I am also a great listener where I only listen once and understand everything that a customer stated. I have been awarded for great customer service of the month 3 times because of my hard work and dedication.
