Worked at Vodafone UK in various roles, Account management, 1st line Technical support, 2nd line technical support, network technical support.

Joined Uber Eats EMEA, in this specific role I was able to contribute in multiple roles, from lead verification to partner on-boarding and support, we were the first team to start from scratch, we worked on launching Uber Eats for the first time in KSA, and then Cairo, Egypt. I worked on testing the first trip made in KSA, guiding the Courier and the Restaurant partner on the phone, while testing our internal reporting and tracking tools, testing usability with the operations director in KSA.

Later I went to fin-Tech as an Account manager in Direct Carrier Billing. I worked with business customers, and digital marketing agencies from multiple countries where I had the chance to develop my business analysis, operational management skills, and to try CS form B2B prospective in working with and supporting Executives as my customers.

Went fully remote with Crossover in Non-Technical Evaluation Team.
