I have been part of the BPO Industry since 2012.

Some of my experience includes Technical Support for a US Cable company, Billing and sales for US Telco Sevice , Travel Agent for online Travel website and Currently Working as a Dispute Agent for E-commerce.

I have also won several awards from my previous companies such as being a top performer and CSAT master for 6 consecutive months. 

My Top skill is Customer Service. My other skills include, Data Entry, Facebook Marketing & Administrative, Recruitment, Travel Expert, Technical Support, Chat Support, Email handling and Sales.
