I have been in different work fields for 11 years.

One of them is being a customer experience representative in a diversified transportation and logistics business. I handled customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution.

Lastly, being an online ESL teacher for almost 3 years. I've handled kids, teenagers and adults providing them with a pleasant learning atmosphere where they can enjoy and learn at the same time. I've learned to easily pick up moods during conversations and maneuver a deteriorating one to a progressive one.
