I have been working in the customer service industry for over 7 years. Most of my working experiences come from the Business Outsourcing Industry (BPO) where I was in customer support, technical support, case management, seller support, sales, data entry among others. I have performed my duties via phone calls, online chats, and emails. I've spent most of my years working for leading E-commerce and Online Ticket Marketplaces. I do bits of blogging, graphic designing and social media management.
