Shelley Crozier

I am Dr. Shelley Crozier, a transformational leader, strategist, and founder with a Ph.D. in Leadership and over two decades of experience empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, conviction, and measurable impact.

As Founder & Board Chair of The Well Encounter and Ruach Global, I lead initiatives that advance community transformation, social impact, and strategic leadership development. My work is rooted in a commitment to human dignity, global equity, and the belief that lasting change begins with transformed people leading transformative systems.

My career spans work across five continents, where I have designed and led programs that build leadership capacity, support personal growth, and strengthen communities through multi-sector collaboration. Whether mentoring emerging leaders or convening cross-cultural partnerships, I work to ensure that values like justice, innovation, and compassion are central to community advancement.

In addition to founding several impact-driven ventures, I serve as a Principal Consultant, advising nonprofit organizations, social sector institutions, and both existing and start-up small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). My consulting work focuses on strategic planning, leadership development, community engagement, and outcome measurement. I combine evidence-based frameworks with practical experience to help teams unlock greater clarity, connection, and capacity.

My work is deeply informed by adult learning theory and transformational leadership models. I believe that transformational leaders are, first and foremost, transformational learners. That conviction inspired the creation of The Transformed Leader framework and learning assessment—a tool that evaluates how leaders utilize learning tactics and how those habits influence their ability to drive change.

I’m passionate about building bridges—between sectors, cultures, and generations—and I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, relational intelligence, and a deep passion for transformation to every space I serve.
