Few years of experience I have been working as a Customer Service Representative in the Philippines, has developed my skills to better communicate with customers from the US and UK. The variety of the account I have handled has not only given me deeper knowledge of their culture but has also given me better understanding of their lifestyle.
Apart from enhanced communication skills acquired through conversation and training's, I have also learned to multi -task effectively, to deliver given task in a timely manner while keeping professionalism always in mind, being the front liner of the company. I believe these skills are important in the industry because it does not only reflect the company's culture and organization but are also needed in the fast-paced environment of the industry to be able to grow.
