Sheila Mae Rugas Baclao

I started working as a Software Quality Assurance tester in an IT Software production company in 2016. My task varied from testing web applications to Android and iOS mobile apps and internal software tools we use for maintenance projects. Working in a potentially growing company at that time means that my tasks wasn't limited to QA testing but also product setups, Content Management System data entry and validation for KPI analysis, database management, admin assistance, bug and email support.

I was given the privilege to handle batches of student interns from our partner school, the University of Mindanao, Philippines. I was also trained for project coordination within 2 years until I was promoted as a Junior Project Manager in 2019 for 5 different projects under one big client where I was deeply involved in QA from the start of my career. Now, I am exploring to work for other international clients to gain more skills and be a great asset to them, as well as achieve decent earnings to provide for my family's needs.
