I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service, I also worked as a Virtual Assistant and have a little knowledge of Sales. I handled emails and looked for potential clients. I used most company tools, but the common tools I used before were Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Gmail, and Google Maps. I am also learning the e-commerce sites and affiliate marketing hoping to widen my knowledge and expertise. I have experience in transcribing and getting leads, doing outreach or finding prospective customers.
