I have been working in the online industry for over 7 years now. I started off my career as a Call Center Insurance Agent where I performed inbound and outbound calls for a year. Then, I entered another company as a live chat support executive for car dealerships answering queries, lead generation, scheduling and booking clients for an appointment for 2 years. After that, I shifted on to working as an English Teacher for Chinese and Koreans for almost 2 years. Finally, the last job I had was a Virtual Assistant/Mailer where my role includes sending emails on a daily basis, writing unique contents, researching, daily and monthly data recording and updating, spam testing, and a lot more depending on the needs of my manager for 3 years. Since then, my love for the industry grew more and more which makes me hungry for new things.
I can say that I have very good interpersonal relationship skills which is needed in this line of career, especially that we do things virtually. I really love interacting and building relationships not just with my coworkers and managers but also with the clients. I can really deliver well with great attention to detail even with minimal supervision and that I get to navigate, explore and research on my own with the given task and get the job done with just a few instructions. As soon as the work is given I want to be competent in the role right away. I aim to gear up as quickly as possible.
