With more than 15years of my enrich work experience with Diplomatic Mission and UN organization in India, I had developed the skills and ability to work with responsibility and independently to handle the multitasking duties like liaising with various Ministries of Government of India, International organizations and various Embassies and Diplomatic Mission accredited to India, arranging high level of functions and state visits/events at Embassy. Arrange meetings appointments for Ambassador/ high level Diplomatic officers, and coordinate with high level offices regarding Ministerial and VIP delegations from time to time.
Apart from secretarial duties, I am capable to handle travelling/logistic arrangements, drafting letters and Diplomatic Note Verbals during my past work experience. I independently handle various administrative duties including handling financial duties, preparing paper of NEFT/RTGS, preparing salary for local employees of Embassy, preparing cheques, handle petty cash etc. handle purchase order and quotation for Embassy, prepare exemption certificates for excise, service and luxury Tax, prepare VAT refund claims for Diplomatic and entitled officers of Embassy, maintain/ keeping records of housekeeping, stationer and office equipment and inventory etc.
My previous work experience and educational qualification (Master of Science in Psychology ) for this position, added a value to be potential and suitable candidate for this position.
