I am a seasoned administrative professional with over a decade of experience spanning office administration, marketing, customer support, and financial management. I specialize in streamlining operations, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement through creative and efficient solutions.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major in Management) from Mindanao State University - General Santos and a Master in Business Management (Major in Marketing). I am also a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and a Licensed Professional Teacher specializing in Secondary Education – Social Sciences.

Currently, I serve as an Administrative Assistant II at DepEd-Bula National School of Fisheries, where I handle financial documentation, coordinate communications, and manage a wide range of administrative tasks. My previous role as a Marketing & Customer Support Assistant at Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) General Santos strengthened my expertise in marketing, customer relations, and operational optimization.

Beyond administrative work, I am passionate about social media management and content creation. I craft engaging content and manage digital communities across multiple platforms. I am proficient in graphic design and multimedia editing using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite. I also have experience in financial management through QuickBooks and in creating customized photobooth print layouts and tarpaulin designs for Legacy Photobooth, delivering quality outputs aligned with client needs.

With a strong academic foundation, I have supported undergraduate students in proofreading their theses, demonstrating my keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence.
