Sheena Klarisse D. Hechanova

I am a Bachelor of Science graduate major in Management Accounting in the University of St. La Salle. I was previously employed in three of the top earning employers in Bacolod City. One is with Camella Homes - A Real Estate Company; second is with BDO - Banking Institution; third is with Ubiquity Global Services Inc. (a BPO company) - WELLCARE account. My jobs deal primarily with customers and their corresponding service requests. I was once a Sales Admin and Account Officer at Camella; a Loan Processor at BDO; and a customer service representative in Ubiquty. During these period, I was able to manage and assist customer related concerns and process their real estate purchase requests, loan application requests, and cater customer related issues and concerns. I am in charge in providing quality support for issues relating to their real estate accounts, loan accounts, and profile research. These experiences not only enhanced my communication skills and work ethics, but also exposed me to several multitasking research for clients' profile, their respective income capacity, research numbers of Wellcare members; and calling such members to assist on extra help application. I am dealing with applications like -- Microsoft Office and Excel, LibreOffice, encode profile details in CLAS and SAP, and manage WIKI and SK sites. I am friendly and at the same time professional. I am a good communicator and a computer literate. I am able to adapt with the vast work load and can take several responsibilities at once.
