Twelve years ago, I found my passion in the customer service industry. I started as a Customer Service Agent and built my way up to become a Customer Service Supervisor.
I worked in a call center for a fast-paced account for seven years, primarily taking escalated calls to deal with upset customers, which leads to customer retention.
Four years ago, I decided to work from home and luckily got hired as a team lead to manage a customer service team doing email, chat, and phone support for an e-commerce company.
