Four years working in a Business Process Outsourcing I was able to develop skills that perfectly fit in being an exceptionally Customer Service Specialist. As my field of interest is mostly in data processing, this develops my meticulous eyes in data entry that results in a commendatory customer satisfaction.
I have a 100% accuracy rate in typing and always ensure to meet the deadlines. I am a quick learner and not just satisfied in learning the basic but knowing the most reasonable and effective steps. Challenges are one of my motivation to do deliver my job with a superb results.
With my current role as a team leader, my responsibilities are coaching the agents who has low performance, managing our workflow and daily communication with our onshore clients.
