I've been working in the BPO industry for quite some time now and had been introduced to Sales and Customer Support within those years. Some of the skill sets that I have included customer support/service, customer/client retention, sales, order taking & management, and I stayed for 2 years in my second company as a customer service representative handling phone calls, emails, and chats In an RV and trailer's company and I had experience with booking/reservation.
