I have 8+ years of customer experience, and I love to make our guests day a little better by showing them the best service and making sure that they are taken care of from the moment they walk in to when they are leaving our store. 

I have lots of leadership experience as well, including being a key holder, shift lead, trainer, in multiple locations and positions, and have also been an Assistant Manager/Manager in Training at two different locations (Dickeys BBQ and Jersey Mikes) 

I am super comfortable with paperwork as well, I’ve had experience ordering, taking inventory, making schedules, filling out reports,  using and making profit and loss statements, interviewing and hiring, training and handling cash, reconciling receipts etc.

I have been able to rise in rank and learn other positions quickly in most of my jobs because I learn the little aspects of the job fairly fast, I give a lot of effort into doing a good job and going the extra mile, and I try to get to know my employees well so I can best approach, teach, lead, reward and understand each individually. Also to have the most fun we can at work while following the rules and doing the job right!!
