Shanique Burnett

Hi, I’m Shanique! I’m an Operations Manager based in the beautiful Caribbean, where the weather is always a bonus! I’ve spent my career in the service industry, managing day-to-day operations from customer support and scheduling management to managing KPIs like CSAT, FCR and TTR all in an effort to keep everything running smoothly.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating and implementing detailed playbooks and SOPs, recruiting, training and managing chargeback disputes. I also led quality assurance efforts and reputation management. My experience spans from sales and customer support to diving deep into operational strategy, which is where I really found my passion.

I actually started working remotely about 9 years ago—back when remote work popular! I started as a Telemarketer and appointment setter, then moved into a Sales Development role, where I managed high-volume outreach on the backend through dialer software. After a while, I made the shift into customer support, and just under a year later, I was promoted into Operations Management, where I really fell in love with backend processes and system optimization. I’ve always had a keen eye for detail, so moving into Operations was a natural fit where I could use those skills to make a real impact.

When I'm not working, I love gardening. I also love to teach, so I use my free time to make up jingles for when I'm teaching new topics to my daughter or to break down complicated ones.

I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm for operations to a Senior role. I'm a life-long learner and I'm always looking for ways to improve overall operations. I'd love to talk more about how we can drive success together.
